This aerobics class is for both the swimmer and the non-swimmer. Work on cardiovascular endurance at a moderate pace utilizing pool noodles, water weights, balls, and simply your own body.
Aqua Flex & Flow
This class is designed to challenge you with emphasis on improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance with low-impact on the joints.
Deep Water Fitness
In deep water, the class incorporates a balanced workout that includes a warm-up, aerobic training and cool down. Participants will enjoy burning calories with cardio and strengthening muscles without impact on the body. By suspending the body in deep water, the body has a greater range of motion with fewer limitations.
H20 Cardio
This water cardio/aerobics class includes low and high intensity movement including balance and strength. Perfect for any level.
