*Air temperature must be 65 degrees to open the Splash Pad.  Splash Pad will CLOSE during inclement weather.

Non-Wapakoneta Family YMCA Members/Guests/Nationwide Reciprocity:

Family Pass - $15.00/visit (limit of 5 per family; individual rate for each additional person).

Ages Under 1 - FREE

Ages 1-18 - $3.00/visit

Ages 18 + - $5.00/visit

The admission rate is the same whether you are participating in the Splash Pad water park or just watching from inside the Pad.


1. Children under the age of 8 must have a parent or guardian (18 years or older) with them at the Splash Pad.

2. Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers.

3. Please take children on frequent restroom breaks (every 30-60 minutes is recommended) and change diapers in restrooms.

4. Patrons, especially children, who are experiencing diarrhea must not use the Splash Pad.

5. The following activities and items are not permitted in the Splash Pad area:

  • Climbing, sitting, and play on Splash Pad equipment.
  • Drinking Splash Pad water, spitting and spouting of water from the mouth.
  • Pushing, shoving, running, rough play and profanity.
  • Inflatable pool toys, athletic and other recreation equipment.
  • Food, candy, gum, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers.
  • Animals; except service animals.
  • Personal speakers.
  • Changing diapers.
  • Radios and other acoustical devices.
  • Skateboards, skates, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles, and similar recreation equipment.
  • Smoking, or use of tobacco products, is prohibited on YMCA campus

6. Proper swim attire is required.  Cutoffs are not permitted.

7. Chairs, pavilion and picnic tables are available for general use on a first come, first serve basis unless reserved or during a YMCA program.  Groups with a reservation have priority use of 
the pavilion and picnic tables.

8. Restrooms (with diaper changing stations) are drinking foundations are accessed at the Splash Pad restroom building.

9. Patrons must was hands after using restrooms or changing diapers.

10. Slides should be used feet first; no walking up slide.

11. In the event of inclement weather, please follow the directions of the Splash Pad staff to ensure safety.  In the event of thunder or lightning, the Splash Pad will close for 30 minutes after the last time it was seen or heard.
