Group Fitness

Members enjoy most group aerobic classes free of charge! If there is a different charge for the class it will be marked. Access Members pay $45 for classes meeting one time per week, $75 for two times per week, and $85 for classes three times per week.

Beginner Free Weights

This class is great for the beginner who would like to start to incorporate free weights into their workout but isn't sure where to start. Let our instructor help you with proper form and stance to achieve the maximum benefit. This class will burn calories and strength muscles to help you reach your fitness goals.

 

Group Power

The class you pick, the experience you remember! This class will blast all your muscles with a high rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best. 

Group Core 

This class will train you like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core from your shoulders to your hips will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and help strengthen your abs. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your bodyweight, weight plates, a towel and a platform. All to challenge you like never before.  **Pay $5.00 for each class for a session**

Step Aerobics

This high-intensity, calorie burning workout is sure to challenge participants of all fitness levels. A fantastic cardio workout, this class includes muscle toning and flexibility.

Body Sculpt

This class utilizes weights, bands and body bars to keep your body at its peak performance. 

Kids Yoga

This fun class will meet once a week for 45 mins and will teach children yoga through games, songs, imaginative play and storytelling. Helping children to focus on fine and gross motor skills, sensory and social skill along with encouraging parent and child bonding.  Parents are invited to join in or are free to drop child off for class. Class will have a variety of themes such as "Ocean Day" where we will be doing poses based on ocean creatures.  "Safari Day" where we will pack a picnic and go on an imaginary walk through the jungle and enjoy our picnic which will be a healthy complimentary snack provided to the class. Of course, there will be a Hero and Princess day and much, much more.  You don't want to miss out on this FUN class.

Kettlebell

Are you looking for a total body workout? This is your class. You will build muscles, increase power, endurance and give your entire body a workout.

Prime Time Fitness

Keep a spring in your step with Prime Time Fitness!  Class includes strength, cardio, flexibility and balance exercises.  This class is targeted toward men and women 55 and over.

Senior QuickFit

This class consists of cardiovascular and strength training exercise designed to gain stamina and build lean muscle mass, while increasing balance and flexibility. This is a circuit-style class targeted towards seniors that will only last 30 minutes. You will work your entire body head to toe!

Silver Sneakers Circuit

This class combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation. 

Silver Sneakers Classic

This class will have you move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength , range of motion, and improve activities of daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Designed for all fitness levels and focuses on poses and postures to improve breathing, flexibility, balance, muscular strength and endurance plus joint range of motion.

 

Pilates

Try this series of mat exercises which are designed to improve muscle strength and flexibility, balance, posture, and overall well-being.  

Reboot

This class is designed with a focus on general fitness improvement and increased flexibility/mobility. Designed for various fitness levels and can easily be modified fo your level. This class is perfect for those looking for a shorter duration intense workout with the equal in duration stretching/mobility recover work.

Restorative Yoga

This class will focus on encouraging physical, mental and emotional relaxation appropriate for all levels. This is a practice at a slow pace focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing class. It's a perfect way to start your day.

Hatha Yoga

This class uses exercises that promote breathing, stretching, endurance, relaxation, visualization, balance, increased energy and more.

Sunrise Yoga

Rise and shine! In this class we will open our minds and body to a new day with an energizing yet mindful yoga practice including strength, flexibility and balance. This class will meet outside weather permitting or in the Tranquility room if inclement weather.

Group Cycling

An instructor will motivate and lead you through the proper progression of exercise intensity, but you control the amount of resistance appropriate for your fitness level. These classes are limited to 12 participants.

Cycle and Core

Join us for 30-minutes on the bike followed by 10 minutes of core strengthening exercises. 

Theraband

This class will focus on using bands designed for building and stretching muscles and include workouts that increase range of motoin and flexibility

Barre Fitness

BARRE FITNESS is a targeted, full-body workout performed at the ballet barre creating long lean muscles and improved posture.  Interval training at the barre and on the mat uses small controlled movements and your own body weight  to work every major muscle group.  Active stretching to increase flexibility and elongate muscles follows each exercise.

Pi-Yo

This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga. The speed is cranked up to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that will make you feel empowered and energized!

Cardio Dance

This class is a fun way to get your heart pumping and muscles working through various forms of dance to a wide range of music. No dance experience necessary!

Cross Training

Looking to increase your fitness levels? This class is great for the beginner to the advanced. Class will consist of bodyweight, endurance and weight training exercises, movement during class can be modified to fit all levels
