If you’re looking for
variety in your workout, give this class a try. The instructor will
lead shallow aerobics, deep water aerobics, water jogging, strength
and conditioning.

AQUA AEROBICS

This aerobic water
exercise program is held in the shallow end and is designed for both the
swimmer and non-swimmer. A great way to exercise without stress to the
joints.
