Boot Camp
Get ready for a fun and
high-energy challenge with Boot Camp! Combines
high intensity cardio and endurance drills with strength
exercises for a total body workout.
Cardio Kickboxing
A mix of boxing, kickboxing, and aerobics... a great
way to stay in shape.
Cross Training
A variety of workouts.
Hatha Yoga
Enhance your intuition, coordination and fluid
strength with this class taught by YogaFit-trained
instructor, Roberta Parker. Exercises are based on
YogaFit methods and include promoting breathing,
stretching, endurance, relaxation, visualization,
balance, increased energy and more. Bring your warm
clothes. We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat,
although it is not necessary. Drop in Saturdays

Have A Ball
Let the YMCA get you energized for your workday!
This class consists of 10-15 minutes of cardio in
addition to exercises on the stability ball. "Have a
Ball" while developing strength, flexibility and
coordination that targets the core muscles.

Pilates is the latest exercise trend that's sweeping
the nation. Try this series of mat exercises which are
designed to improve muscle strength and flexibility,
balance, posture and well-being. Pilates is for
beginning to advanced exercisers.

Take Home Fitness
Can't always make it to the
Y but still want to squeeze in a workout? Drop
into the aerobics room between 9:45am to 11:00am on the
following Saturdays and get instruction from an aerobics
instructor on how to continue your exercise program at
home! The instructor will show you how to use
different types of equipment, and answer other fitness
questions. No registration necessary.
